- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am not happy with you my brother Dale Pennell was in there for 3 months and i thought he was able to stand. but he cant up and dress him self or walk at all. so i came home to my house and he cant even dress himself, he should ever been let go cause he cant do anything at all and i cant do it for him. so he is back in the hospital again so i dont no what to do now cause i cant take care of him.
